Feature : Video Autoplay on Hover

Description:

Implements the "Video Autoplay on Hover" feature, enabling videos to start playing automatically when the user hovers over the thumbnail or player. Includes a preview functionality to display a short clip or teaser on hover.

Testing:

Tested across browsers and devices
Verified preview functionality
Tested user settings and error handling
Checked responsiveness on different screen sizes
