bug: Current Video not responsive to Timestamp Clicks

Describe the bug Within the video, after clicking the timestamp the video doesn't move forward/backward and is unresponsive. It just refreshes and plays from the current timestamp only.

Expected behavior It should move to the timestamp the person has clicked from the comments.
