bug: vedio title is not visible in Course Content

Describe the bug vedio Title is not visble when we click to course content and expand any week . To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click any of the course .
2. Click show content in topleft.
3. expand any week content ,it doesn't have the titles.

Expected behavior when we expand the content of any week , it show display all the contnet with the title.

i was trying to solve the problem but in devlopment mode it working fine .

Code base looks fine, both model schema and component that render it looks fine.
