fix: Restore search functionality in Navbar component

This commit reintroduces the search functionality in the Navbar component that was inadvertently removed due to a merge conflict. The changes include:

Re-added SearchBar component for desktop view
Fixed Search button for mobile view
Ensured search elements are only visible for authenticated users
Resolves #1464
