Reduced output for the report diff added in PR

User story

As a user of the GitHub action I want to have meaningful report diffs in the PR.

The current PR comment includes all audits and categories. Especially in configurations with audits and categories, the PR comment is polluted. This makes it hard to find the important data and consume it.

The PR comment should not show failing of audits or categories.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Action maintains a option for the new logic
