Add examples focusing on setup

The examples folder should contain examples with the focus on vide-pushup related things.

The react app pulls in a lot of new dependencies. I suggest we keep the example app free from third parties as much as possible.

So I would refactor the current todos app to a simple html project containing ts,js,html,css,ms files and a package.json.
