As a user, I'd like a better idea of what the Nashville Zone Lookup is, what I'm supposed to do with it, and why I should trust it.

The current design is efficient, but doesn't introduce Parcel well to new users. For example, it doesn't say what will happen when I enter my address.

While the utility is admirable, we need some indication of who created this tool, who supports it, and why it exists.
