Add info on social media resources to Contributing documentation

We need to add info on the social media resources that we have and tips for how to get started with a social media campaign for this type of project (community food/resource map).

That information could live within the existing Contributing document in the material regarding How to Replicate this Site.

This will help:

  • folks interested in volunteering to help on social media for NC COVID Support
  • teams looking to replicate the site for other locations
