tip and todo list plugin doesn't work except zh-CN and en-US lang

i'm use zh-TW lang and zh-TW lang dosen't have tip and todo list image but if i add this image todo list fixed but tip has new bugs image and i find the problem is this file @kangc/v-md-editor/lib/plugins/tip/parser.js the expand lang not in VMdParser
