Closed door and iron door assets should have ambient occlusion shadow at base
We can't apply the AO shadow to the base of the door because it needs to disappear at the start of the door open animation and at the end of the door close animation.
This should be done by re-calculating the AO when the door starts to open or finishes closing. Otherwise the surrounding block AO will double up with the door AO.

@alalb Joel had asked me to have the door cast AO when closed. I don't think it meets the bug bar for '17, but wanted to call out that the expected behavior is not exactly 1:1 with what we're shipping.
