Version 1.10 release?

Hello there,

I was wondering if we could get a version 1.10 release? Some new SDK features in 1.10 are needed for my project but the only way to access them are by using the SNAPSHOT right now. This is inconvenient because my build can break at anytime with breaking changes.

Further I tried using jitpack.io to freeze onto a specific commit to prevent breaking changes but it seems jitpack.io doesn't bundle the DLLs with it.

If releasing a new version is not possible, is there any alternative solutions?

Yea, some commits are a year old, a new release would be nice.
