[Feature Request] Slider to adjust video and audio sync to combat latency.

I think it would be great if you added the functionality to adjust the video and audio sync. When using bluetooth headphones or playing with a bad connection or anything else that causes latency, it would be really cool if you could then use a slider to either have to audio play "before" or "after" the video to then in reality sync the two up.

Feature development was rejected due to the requirement to add new extension permissions and/or code, which can easily stop working after YouTube updates. We do not have many developers to support rare features 😿
