Quick remove button for Playlist videos

⚬ PROBLEM: The old non-polymer Playlist view had a little X button to quickly delete a video from the playlist. On the new Playlist list view, you have to first hit the menu button for the video, then hit Remove from Playlist. Makes it hard to remove several watched videos. The actual "Remove all watched videos" button will remove videos you may have accidentally watched for a couple of seconds, which is lame.

⚬ SOLUTION: An X button underneath the menu button, or something like that.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Certainly wouldn't hurt and wouldn't be invasive.

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS": Shouldn't be any.
