With AdBlock disabled and "Force Autoplay Off" on, all Youtube video cannot be played.
Once turned "Force Autoplay Off" off, video can play again

I have the same problem like you. The creators of the extension don't care about this bug. They don't want to fix it... I don't understand this and the "Force auto play off" function was so useful. Ehhhh...
I have this issue as well. It's intermittent, sometimes it works for a couple of days sometimes it doesn't. It varies depending on the browser and OS you use this option for too.
It would be great if there can be a keyboard shortcut toggle for when this happens, as a temporary workaround.
