Per title, the scroll wheel for volume control will stop working after some time on continuous streams such as Sky News Live. The feature works as expected when the page is first loaded, but will cease working after some time. Refreshing the page will bring back functionality temporarily.

'Steps to reproduce' - Which of our features is required for the bug to happen?

Load page from link in post body, wait for some time (undetermined, but less than 1 hour), then attempt to use scroll wheel to change volume. Feature does not work. Functionality will return temporarily if page is refreshed.
