[FEATURE] Disable YouTube translation feature

Hello,

just a quick one: please make it able to also disable that HORRIBLE translation feature of YouTube, which on top is often automatically enabled. Like you can disable subtitles and such already.

You mean the automatic audio speaking voice translation?

Yes please! We need that garbage disabled ASAP! 🤦‍♂️
