Add support with 3X playing speed. when learning from Youtube video

Hello, would you please support 3X play speed when we watching video from Youtube?

This is a chrome extension can implement 3x speed play video.

But it not have a control button to do this.

@code959437957 I think this feature already exists.

Go to Player menu > Speed-watching: Permanent speed (toggle this)

Then you can set the Playback speed, for some reason the limit is 3.17.

Just remember to untoggle when you want to watch normally later.
