🐞 Some toggles aren't working
Concise Description
When I toggle "Hide Shorts from the homepage" or "Fold subscriptions' sections (collapsed accordeon)" nothing happens.
The Shorts remain visible on the homepage. Also when I toggle any of the sub toggles.

Does the bug still happen when you log out of YouTube?

Maybe its me, but removing related search results doesn't remove those. (firefox)
Button toggles don't seem to work 100% of the time, they will occasionally break somewhere.
Fold subscriptions' sections (collapsed accordion) isn't working for me either, if I understand that option correctly:
When disabled, the subscriptions list on the left side of YouTube should always be expanded and when enabled, it should be collapsed like this, right?
Regardless of whether I disable or enable the option, my subscriptions are always collapsed, like in the above screenshot.
