Speed preset buttons

⚬ PROBLEM: While "<" and ">" can be used to decrease / increase speed, it would be nice to be able to have some buttons, like "1", "1.5", "2" to quickly click on them.

⚬ SOLUTION:
Add an option with a comma separated list "1, 1.5, 1.75, 2" which gets parsed and adds the buttons to the player.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Not important for most people.

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
Takes up space.
