Idea "keep the desired resolution", because you tube change it often

⚬ PROBLEM: Sometimes if you keep paused video too long youtube decide to switch the resolution to 360p when you resume watching

⚬ SOLUTION:
I don't know the exact solution maybe to check 10 sec after resume video if the resolution is not different than that you specify in settings (in my case 1080) if its different change it back.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: I think this will be good for everyone but if you decide you can make it like an option "keep the resolution xxx" and only active if someone chose this option.

I don't think there will be side effects
