Fix README and About

The README and About sections on github read as if they were written by a crazy person. Please fix this so its easy to understand what this project does.

hi! @lodenrogue, can you suggest specific or structural improvements? there is no about-section on github. We can keep in mind that a readme it is not required or watched as a project definition, such as the store pages and the description field on github, so that it is much rather extra content for potential contributors.

how? It's full of big project ideas and section and translations etc. Do we have to separate them into multiple files?
