New YouTube video layout breaks chapters on the sidebar

1. Bug Report:

• BUG: The chapter list is above the the video description and comment section. The chapters are not clickable. Keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+Left/Right) work.

  • Browser: Firefox
  • HOW: Go to settings -> Appearance -> Sidebar -> enable chapters

• Did YouTube change? Yes, YouTube is rolling this new layout out to some users. I only see this layout when I am logged in. I could not find a YouTube setting to turn it off.

More:

• *Expected /preferred behavior: I think it would be nice when the chapters are above the new sidebar on the right.
• ImprovedTube Version: 4.937
• Tested alone without other YouTube extensions or in incognito mode? Yes

can you also try our similar option to show the transcript? (i think it also increases the width a bit, which might looks better. If so we could easily do that for chapters too as a first remedy)

I have noticed that both options are correctly aligned in theater mode (shortcut "t").

Thank you! @VINTX2 the features (here) can increase the z-index of the panels. This can depend the new sidebar being active (#2251 #2327)
