bug: "options" in firefox: small box (when loading slowly? or when?)

hi! & thanks @557xwl0d was able to see that once in several tries - under what circumstances will firefox only provide such a small box there?

( in future we might first / rather focus on a full tab and a sidebar option to scroll less in the popup.)

I also saw it exactly once (using latest master from few days ago), clicking < and opening options again fixed it and I couldnt make it go bad again. maybe related - Search bar when active goes outside the window.
