Toggle to mark or hide watched videos in notifications

⚬ PROBLEM: Being subscribed to a lot of channels (with the bell on), my notification feed is constantly full. If I stay off YouTube for a while and then come back, it becomes difficult to track which videos I had watched, and which I haven't yet.

⚬ SOLUTION: Add an toggle to mark or hide already watched videos in the notification feed.

⚬ ALTERNATIVES: None ?

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Good for everyone who relies on YouTube's notification feed; A majority.

⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS": IMO it should be added in a dedicated submenu for the notification feed.

⚬ CONTEXT: None.
