Option to eliminate Live Streams from notifications
⚬ PROBLEM: YouTube notifications often include a lot of live streams (LTT's WAN show, Skill Up's Friends Per Second podcast, etc.) which I never watch, and they merely clutter my notification feed.
⚬ SOLUTION: Add an option to eliminate live streams (but not Premieres) from the notification feed.
⚬ ALTERNATIVES: None ?
⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: This wouldn't be a good default option, but I think some percentage (10-30% maybe?) of people would appreciate it (those who don't like podcasts, long format content, or live streams).
⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS": IMO there should be a whole new entry in the main menu dedicated to notification options.
⚬ CONTEXT: None.

Hello! can I be assigned to work on this issue? I like the idea of a notification submenu and I would like to try to attempt it. This feature request and #2184 as well can both be added to the submenu, which will be placed next to the blocklist.
TBH I'm not sure how issue assignements are made here, and whether I'm involved. Either way, Aryakoste has already picked up the other issue (if I understand correctly), so maybe you can coordinate with them on who adds to submenu and how? In any case, thanks for your interest and I'd appreciate it if you worked on the issue.
