[open search results in a new tab when] enter doesn't (click does). the word disappears

for me enter & click do both work with this feature. however the feature is new and the bug is easy to imagine. how many percent of the times doesn't it work for you, and do these times have anything in common? @Beso1227
- [ ] and we can add another toggle (feature) next to it to also simple open each search result in a new tab
