Three dots under video player expansion

⚬ PROBLEM: I always have this problem of opening the three dots below the player just to save a video to a playlist.

⚬ SOLUTION:
An expanded version of this option would be nice. Having separate buttons for adding a video to a playlist, clipping a video, or reporting, all expanded instead of clicking a button every time to do an action.

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: This would make things easier and more efficient for youtube viewers!

before implementation it can often increase efficiency and motivation, if we consider the worth of all alternatives & variants.

• there can be a shortcut key for this for you with a minute of work. The same way as the shortcuts Report - besides that for we save and download they only take the 2 clicks on small screens (for large screens or zoomed-out they stay visible anyways like share ).

• equally there can be a "button below the player" (thanks for caring @raszpl!🎉) ,

• besides that his spot is narrow and doesn't stretch when we hide the share for example.

  • so before adding many buttons there we can already think about: https://github.com/code-charity/youtube/issues/1445#:~:text=Layout ( Regardless of page layout we could to add small but clear buttons right below all videos on all websites (even that will require permission for all websites, unlike the buttons embedded above youtube's progress bar)

In theory setting Buttons (below the player" Save to Icon only should move it out of "..." submenu, but its broken.

dont know Downvote doesnt need Normal option anymore as there are no numbers, Icon Only|hidden is all Share Icon Only does nothing rest of buttons dont react at all I seem to remember this is clunky because you need to detect SVG icons? maybe those changed

+1000 having the option do directly access the save button: without having to click the three dots first would be great. Thanks for the awesome job btw :)
