hide video controls bar ->"when paused" and "always"

There is a problem about when I enable "when paused" and "always" in appereance:

The video moves to the right and almost half of it cannot be seen when the cursor is not on it. However, it stays in place when the cursor is on it.

hi @hzy1215 couldnt reproduce it yet. Thus it might helps if you tell what browser, or other settings or other extensions.
