native youtube "not interested" and "don't show me this again" pass thru commands

The blocklist function is excellent and should stay, but if youtube's interface allows it an always present "not interested" and "don't show me this agian" buttons would be better in some cases than the block list as it direclty affects the RND of video suggestions and there'd be less blank tiles where something is being blocked
