Disable "Video previews"

YouTube keeps saying they're going to fix their stupid site, but we all know they won't. It's currently impossible to disable "Video previews" in a way that actually sticks, so I'm BEGGING for an option to do exactly this!

This is the YouTube setting that doesn't stay off:

How about adding an option in the extension to keep the setting off?

Edit: submitting https://youtube.com/?f7=101 didn't work
