Show Channel Video Count does not work on channels with custom URLs

⚬ BUG: The settings "Show Channel Video Count" does not work on channels with a dedicated channel link and an error is displayed in the console. No video count is displayed.

⚬ HOW:

• Enable "Show Channel Video Count"
• Go to a channel with a dedicated channel URL
• Reload

⚬ EXPECTED (/preferred) behavior: Channel video count is listed next to the subscribers

⚬ Why it does not work: The script finds the link to the Channel, grabs the channel name/ID from it then makes a request to YouTube API. The YouTube API only takes the actual channel ID.
