Allow hiding video duration in thumbnails, per channel

⚬ PROBLEM: as someone who watches competitive videogame VODs, sometimes the duration gives you an idea of how the match will go, like the best example could be a Best of 3 match being too short hinting at someone winning twice, and if it's "especially" short you know someone's about to lose bad and fast. I'd like to keep it a surprise and this is why i already LOVE the progress bar toggle (and having a shortcut for it)

⚬ SOLUTION: add a feature to "blacklist" channels from showing the video duration in thumbnails, by adding a button to add the channel to said blacklist which is only visible by visiting the channel directly, just like the general blacklist button, possibly next to it

⚬ ALTERNATIVES: i can't think of any tbh

⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: like i said in the "PROBLEM" section, this is mostly meant for people who watch videos like competition VODs separated by match, it already sounds pretty specific so i'm afraid it's a low percentage of possible users, like 20% of ImprovedYoutube userbase, or maybe 40% of people who watch "normal" Youtube would be interested if it was explained to them
