The settings panel is not currently functioning on MS Edge when using the shortcut in the YouTube toolbar.

Bug Report:

⚬ BUG: When using the settings panel shortcut from the YouTube toolbar none of the settings show up. When hovering over the windows an error is given stating "this page has been blocked by microsoft edge

⚬ HOW: Using Microsoft Edge click the settings

⚬ EXPECTED (/preferred) behavior: I should be able to access the settings from the toolbar shortcut

⚬ Screenshots:

⚬ Context: I have tried using incognito mode (to remove extensions), disabling various privacy settings in Microsoft Edge but those did not help
