Bug: Extension seems to keep pausing the player. Needs immediate action

One of my extensions has been doing this thing where it pauses a YouTube video every time I try to click play and it's incredibly annoying. It takes many refreshes and attempts before it stops doing it. I know it's one of the extensions and not my browser because this NEVER happens in private mode where all but one of my add-ons are disabled.

So I turned off some extensions and this seems to be the one causing it. I may be mistaken but from testing it appears it is. Please look into this bug ASAP (or if it's one of the settings I might've missed please let me know, I looked through the settings but didn't see anything that I think could be intentionally causing it)

I'm experiencing the same problem.

I have autoplay disabled and it's very erratic.

Sometimes the video will load paused and it'll take one click to play normally; other times it loads but then takes several clicks to get it to play; and then sometimes it just plays as soon as the page loads, completely ignoring the fact that autoplay is supposed to be disabled.

I'm using most current version (3.965) synched from here, and behaviour is the same on both latest Chrome (104.0.5112.102) & Vivaldi (5.4.2753.33).

It look like youtube change its api again causing my improve disable autoplay to not work. I have updated the code and waiting for @victor-savinov to accept my pull request.
