Tweak forced playback speed behavior: Make speed stick for the playlist (or tab) against forced speed level.
⚬ PROBLEM: Video speed obeys Forced Playback Speed upon next video on the same tab (e.g. for a music playlist), causing disruption in such an instance, as the user would have to manually adjust back upon the next music.
This is generally not a problem if the user isn't listening to music on YT, and just wants a forced speed for general videos. But listening to music here is a common enough activity.
⚬ SOLUTION:
Default forced speed only comes into effect for new video tabs, and new videos within the same tab retains the same speed set for the previous playing video in the same tab (e.g., Music 2 in a playlist retains same speed set for Music 1). This deviation of behavior only applies for anything in the same music tab.
⚬ RELEVANCE / SCOPE: Useful for people using forced playback speed as well as listening to music on YT on a regular basis.
⚬ "SIDE EFFECTS":
People who prefer the current default behavior may not like it.
hi! @raineedust we can/should exclude all music from the feature. (=ALTERNATIVE?)
