Feature Request: Unfreeze Right click by default. Just whitelist top500-1000

• [ ] Predefine option: Right click default feature:
  • [ ] just exclude the top~1000 websites from this default. They get most of action and its usually unnecessary there (unless any of them were manually switched on) But for the rest of the interent, the right click was mostly good to be unlocked globally by default! its only just excluding the top sites (Google docs needs ctrl+F & clipboard; github editor (CTRL+F); Youtube, Spotify drag&drop, ... )
