Rejection reason cannot be processed

Currently, it seems not possible to provide a reason for the rejection (or revoking access), when registration is required. When I tried to put it the following text:

"Due to usage of multiple accounts, we have to ask all participants to register with their official institutional or company email. Please also our terms and conditions. If you need to use a free email provided (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com, qq.com, 163.com, ...), please contact us to approve your account."

I get the message "There was a problem processing this request for this competition." On the old server the message could be processed.

The problem affects all the newly created competitions:

I'm using Firefox 95.0 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 20.04.

After the registration of SemanticKITTI: Semantic Segmentation, I found "Your request to participate in this competition was denied or your privileges have been suspended." As you mentioned, I use a private email address (e.g., gmail.com, yahoo.com, qq.com, ...). How could I contact you to get the permission of my accout. Sincerely looking forward to your reply!!!
