Issue description
Hi Cocos Developers ! I using Cocos to develop a game lobby. But I got an issue when I used a Android 10 to open my lobby in LINE/WeChat browser. Editbox can't open virtual keyboard and html component is stuck on scene. I tried with Cocos 2.4.4 and Cocos 3.8.2 but stuck with same issue.

@qiuguohua i think this issue is important, so i add p1 for it and move it into v3.8.5.
@JenovaSolier We tested three android 10 devices and verified that version 3.8.2 and 2.4.13 virtual keyboards work fine in both wechat browser and native browsers.

@qiuguohua This one I tried a new project on version 2.4.4 and opened it on LINE native browser.
My device's Android version is 10 QKQ1.191215.002
