why SSE isn't enabled by default for native project?

Issue description

from the project template generated by the building, i found that the math lib from BlackBerry was not included with the SSE version. is this on intention by official? or developers are required to take it into account and add the Marco defination manually?

It is contributed by Intel guys years ago, i am not sure if it can work or not now.
