Consider switching to VitePress

Take a look at this https://vitepress.dev/ Right now is hard to spin the dev environment, you need an old version of Node & currently docs are not mobile friendly. Let’s consider switching to more modern solution like VitePress. I can help if needed. Also I can add Russian translation.
