Keybinds don't work when NumLock is on

Describe the bug Keybinds don't work when NumLock is on. You can use xev to see that during NumLock it is generating a different event state which is why it's not working.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on NumLock
  2. Try to use the any keybind with the modifier key
  3. Observe that nothing had happened

Expected behavior Keybinds should work when NumLock is both off and on.

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 on VMware Workstation 17 on Windows 11
