OpenGL Version Error

After running install.sh, I am told my OpenGL version is 3.2 and that I need to update my drivers. OpenGL version is 4.6. I am running an RTX 2070 with the latest drivers. The only thing I could find was that OpenGL Extension Viewer says my OpenGL ES compatible version is 3.2. This is happening for both Windows 11 and Ubuntu (WSL).

I will try on my desktop Windows machine and non-WSL Linux soon.
