I'm wondering if it's at all possible or conceivable that a tool like this could actually implement proper palm rejection - instead of just disabling a whole section of the trackpad

Also, I can't believe you've tested this on the latest macbook pro. Why the hell this is an issue on the latest apple products is beyond me.
