Installation stuck at 67%

stuck at 67% for an hour and the finishing time increases slowly (from 13mins to 19 mins and more, gradually).

I've been stuck at 14% for a day. This is my second or third attempt.

Update It finally finished. I had to cancel it and do it again several times, over several days, to get to 100%.
