tpcc: cannot run tpcc against MySql

We do not currently have a way to run TPCC benchmark comparisons with MySql

Do note that the Percona TPC-C load generator can run against MySQL and is almost certainly going to be what we want to use when benchmarking against MySQL (it's better to use an implementation optimized for a certain database as we aren't MySQL tuning experts, and we don't want to accidentally stack the deck against a competitor).
