Can log configuration be added to the chart?

Currently the chart doesn't allow operating the --log <string> flag which is important to us as we've been waiting for a long time for JSON logging and want to get rid of ngrok parsers ASAP.

You can already configure logging with statefulset.args: [--log={{ render your config content }}]

I think we can:

• [ ] Add conf.logging section with enabled: false/true
• [ ] Add configmap from logging section
• [ ] Mount it to pods
• [ ] Pass file to --log-config-file
• [ ] Or just render to --log directly, easier but more verbose

Oh, no, you can't... Because --logtostderr is always applied...
