People are concerned when it says in the docs that TRUNCATE command runs a DROP TABLE / CREATE TABLE procedure. I think you should be explicit here that if the table is actually dropped that grants, TTL, indices, constraints, etc anything else that is tied to the TABLE object is not affected by the TRUNCATE operation.
