We should remove this section in the doc: https://www.cockroachlabs.com/docs/stable/datadog#step-7-disable-db-consoles-local-storage-of-metrics-optional

If customers follow this guidance, we would not have support metrics (Tsdump) during escalations aside from their third-party.
