Additional details

There is a mention in "What's new in 23.1/23.2" that: SQL commands that were previously limited to the admin system privilege can now be used by users with the VIEWCLUSTERMETADATA or REPAIRCLUSTERMETADATA

and in "What's new in 24.1" that: REPAIRCLUSTERMETADATA is aliased to REPAIRCLUSTER

but there is no mention of REPAIRCLUSTERMETADATA / REPAIRCLUSTER system privilege on this docs page.
