Additional details

The "Currently supported authentication methods" table shows that certificate auth is not available in cloud, but that's not true: it is now supported in dedicated. We should split the "cloud" column into dedicated and serverless columns and indicate that certificates are supported in dedicated. (Is it still true that GSS is not supported in dedicated? We should probably confirm this)

Also, there are two lines in the table for "certificate".
